Delivery
We take the greatest possible care to protect all items when packaging for delivery. Some of the products for sale on our site can be very fragile so extra care is taken to ensure the best possible protection when boxing to protect these items for when they go through the postal / courier system.
The website software will calculate your delivery shipping charge by weight. The amount due for delivery will be displayed in the basket during checkout.
We charge £5.40 standard delivery for all orders to UK mainland that are under £100.00. All order totals that are over £100.00 will be delivered free of charge. It may take several days to arrange delivery and packaging on some of our larger fragile pieces. Very heavy and delicate pieces can take up to a week to arrange and organise the pallet. Standard delivery is 2nd class; we using Parcel Force 48 or Royal Mail 2nd class signed for and tracked service which will be approximately 2-3 days for delivery from the date of posting. Our standard working days are Monday to Friday; we can only dispatch on these working days and can not do deliveries on Bank holidays.

Packaging
Ecological thinking is at the center of our organisation.
Our products are ethically sourced and where possible our packaging is recycled or biodegradable.
We would estimate about 80% of our packaging is eco biodegradable.
Parker Rox loves sourcing environmentally responsible sustainable packaging.
Our branded tape is eco paper environmentally friendly, biodegradable with a natural rubber adhesive and 100% recyclable.
Our Logo stickers are made from uncoated eco friendly paper.
Our brown Outer boxes are made from 100% recycled paper which are biodegradable.
For all small and medium size items we use 100% recycled and biodegradable materials for internal and external packaging. Internal packaging we use a selection of material from Honeycomb Eco-friendly brown paper wrap, unbleached recycled newspaper sheets to acid free tissue paper.
We do our best to use mainly eco, biodegradable packaging however for our large and / or very heavy pieces which are very fragile we can not avoid using mainly plastic packaging and tape along side some of our recycled biodegradable materials.
We do believe strongly in limiting waste so we will recycle / reuse some of the boxes and packaging received from suppliers to send back out to our customers. Recycled packaging re-used from our suppliers, also including bubble wrap that maybe used for larger fragile items. We believe it would be far worse to simply throw these items away rather than to reuse them.
Delivery Problems
We can not be held personally liable or responsible if your delivery is affected by an event outside of our control including overdue delivery times as a result of the postal or courier service or for items lost or damaged in the postal or delivery courier systems. In the unlikely situation that a product is damaged in transit please contact us at once by email, using the contact us form on the website or by telephone. We will ask you to email a picture of the damage so we can assess the problem and discuss how best to deal with the situation. All our items are really so well packaged that damage in the postal service is an unlikely occurrence. If your order delivery date is longer than estimated please contact us as soon as possible by email so we can look in the problem for you.
