Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Paypay account, debit card / Credit card or direct bank transfer.
Placing an order and making Payment is very easy.
Debit & Credit Card Payments:
Its simple to make us a payment by debit or credit card. Our payment gateway for online card payments is through paypal. To make us a payment on our website via the paypal payment gateway please follow the following pointers.
1. Add the item(s) you want to purchase to the basket by clicking the add to basket tab on the product pages. You can continue shopping or go straight to checkout.
2. To go to check out select a delivery option from the drop down box, then click the checkout word icon tab.
3. Once on the basket check out page enter your required details including; email address, phone number and delivery address. The system will not allow you to move forward to the next page until all the necessary details are completed in the boxes. You do have an option to add a different billing address by clicking the box at the bottom left of the page. However if the delivery address is the same as the billing address you can leave this unticked.
4. You must agree to our T&C by clicking the box confirming that you have reading and agree with our policies. The system will not allow you to continue if this box is not ticked.
5. Once all boxes are completed you can now click the Pay Now tab link at the bottom right of the page.
6. You will now see the first paypal page where there are two options. If you have a paypal account and wish to use this to make the payment then you can enter your user name and password inorder to login to your paypal account.
7. If you wish to make payment with your debit or credit card you need to click the bottom tab with the words "Pay by debit or credit card".
8. Once on the paypal payment page please enter your card number, expiry date and security code in the boxes provided. Check your delivery & billing address is correct
9. Inorder to confirm you want to pay by debit or credit card you must slide the white circular tab with a blue tick to the left. The white tab with blue tick in the middle is next to the words: "save information and create account. (If this tab is not moved the system will think you want to setup a paypal account).
10. Please make sure your contact phone number is entered on this page also.
11. Once all required boxes have been completed simply click the Pay Now tab and your card will be processed for payment.
12. When the card is accepted you will be taken to the confirmation page of our website where you can make a note of the order number. An email will now be automatically sent to your email address confirming your order has been placed.
Payments By Direct Bank Transfer:
If you would prefer to make us a payment by bank transfer that is not a problem. Simply contact us by phone or email to inform us of your requirement. We will set the system to take your order and confirm to you our bank account details for you to make the payment. Once your order has then been placed and your payment receive we can arrange delivery.
