These Terms of Sale together with our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Delivery, and Terms & Conditions set out the legally binding terms on which we sell the products displayed on our website and all sales through our business.

These terms and conditions will tell you who we are, how we will provide you with our products and how you can return or cancel an order placed with us.
In these Terms of Sale the terms "we", "us", or "our" refers to M.M.Parker Ltd trading as Parker Rox and "you" refers to the user of the website.

By accepting these Terms of Sale you also accept and agree to be bound by all our other policies and rules which govern your use of our service, as may be updated from time to time, including our Returns Policy, Delivery policy, Privacy Policy and Terms and conditions. All Policies are as important as each and agreement to one means agreement to all.
Each product on the website is sold subject to its product description. The product description may set out specific conditions related to that product.
On accepting these terms and the policies and rules incorporated by reference you are confirming a binding contract with us. Your acceptance on the website purchase is indicated by your clicking on the check box as provided during checkout when completing a product purchase.

Purchasing Products
You can place an order to purchase a product by following the on screen prompts after clicking on each item you may wish to purchase. You will have the chance to check and amend your order up until the point at which you place your order by confirming your purchase.
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. We will keep you informed where necessary regarding your order. If for some reason we are unable to supply you with a product or your order can not be accepted or competed we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

In some cases we may not be able to accept an order. For example this might be because a product is out of stock, or because we have identified an error in the price or description, or we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any transaction we suspect is fraudulent.
Once your order has been processed and packaged we will inform you by email when your order is dispatched.

The contract for your order will be concluded in the United Kingdom and the language of the contract will be English.

Bank Transfer

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all purchases made via this website. UK vat sales tax is included in all prices shown on the website. We may change prices of any product at any point. The prices of our products on the website are in Pounds sterling and all payments on the website are to be in Pound sterling (Great British pounds). You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable delivery fees and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. The final price payable by you for the products in an order will be indicated on the page that is shown to you immediately before you place your order on the website and in your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing even if we have already requested or received payment. We use a third-party payment provider to receive payments. We are not responsible for delays or errors in transactions, execution or cancellation of orders due to payment issues.

Cancellations & Returns
You can cancel an order up to 14 days and return your purchased product for a full refund as long as the product is in the exact same condition that it was sent to you.
Please contact us to inform us of your intention to return you order as soon as possible by email to hello@parkerrox.co.uk or by completing the contact us form on the website. Please make sure you state the order number and your reason for wanting to return the item. You will be responsible for returning the product via signed for registered post or courier. Orders are prepared and processed with the greatest care then dispatched by the carrier nominated by us. Where possible we will estimate delivery timing schedule by our nominated courier service.
