Returns

Our returns policy provides you with 14 days to return an order that you have placed on our website.
All return requests must be put in writing stating the order number, reason for return and your full contact details.
Your consumer Rights of Cancellation, Return & Refund.
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract during the defined period. During the relevant period if you change your mind or do not want to keep the item purchased you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
However this cancellation right does not apply in the case where the item purchased has been damaged or soiled by the purchaser which results in it not being suitable for for return or resale.

Your legal right to cancel a contract starts from the date of order confirmation when the contract is formed. Your deadline for cancellation is 14 days. You have 14 days to return the item. To cancel a contract you just need to let us know you have decided to cancel and return. You can do this by email to hello@parkerrox.co.uk or simply fill out the Contact us form on our website. To make it easy to identify your order please include your order number, reason for cancelling and retuning as well as your full contact details. Including phone number, email address and postal address. We will contact you responding to your request and inform you of the best address to return your item. You must pay the full amount for returning the item to our address; we are not liable by law to pay return postage of the item you have purchased. Please make sure that the item you are returning is really well packaged and that you use a tracked and signed for service. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged while the item is in transit being returned to our address.

Once we have received your return we will refund you the price you paid for the item within 14 days from the date received. However please note by law we are permitted to reduce a refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling, such as scratches or damage. On inspection if the item returned is so badly damaged that can not be resold then we will not be able to refund the item. We will be able to offer a refund as long as the product that has been returned is in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you initially.

Your refund will be made to the same means of payment that you used to purchase the item. Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise due to unusual events.
We will only be unable to offer the right of cancellation to a third party; only the individual who purchased the item can exercise the right to cancel.
